LES Hot Club (Lower East Side Hot Club)

This is the website for LES Hot Club (Lower East Side Hot Club) an acoustic quartet based in New York City. The members consist of Joel Beaver - lead guitar, Carolin Pook - Violin, Glenn Tosto - rhythm guitar and Terence Murren - upright bass. The band plays Gypsy Jazz in the style of legendary gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stephane Grappelli. They play swing standards from the 1930's and 40's as well as contemporary gypsy bossas, ballads, valses and tangos. LES Hot Club can be seen performing regularly in clubs, bars and restaurants in and around New York City and are available for private functions and swing dancing events.
